Our Department offers postdoctoral trainees extensive training and support to optimize their chances of success in launching and sustaining a research career. Over the years, several initiatives have been developed to optimize intellectual resources toward this end. Through these programs and mechanisms of support, seasoned investigators nurture new scientists and prevent them from making “rookie errors” in first K Award or R01 Award submissions.
