Clinical Services Overview

UPMC Western Psychiatric Hospital, the psychiatric specialty division of the UPMC Health System, houses the Department of Psychiatry of the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and the University of Pittsburgh Physicians/Psychiatry Division.

The clinicians and staff of UPMC Western Psychiatric Hospital provide behavioral health services through state-of-the-art clinical programs in adult, child and adolescent, and geriatric psychiatry; autism and developmental disorders; substance use and dual diagnosis; eating disorders; schizophrenia and related disorders; emergency psychiatric medicine; and primary care services.
