Department Faculty To Participate at AAMC Minority Faculty Career Development Seminar

Drs. Lalith K. Solai and Vernon Nathaniel have been selected by the American Association of Medical Colleges (AAMC) to participate at the association?s 2011 Minority Faculty Career Development Seminar. The three-day professional development seminar will take place in Philadelphia, PA on September 16-19, 2011, and is designed for junior faculty who are members of underrepresented racial and ethnic minority groups and who aspire to leadership positions in academic medicine. Dr. Solai and Dr. Nathaniel were selected from a group of applicants nominated by Department Chairs
