Zhengwu Zhang, PhD Assistant Professor of Biostatistics, Computational Biology, and Neuroscience, University of Rochester

Dr. Zhengwu Zhang is an Assistant Professor of Biostatistics, Computational Biology, and Neuroscience at the University of Rochester. After receiving his PhD in statistics at Florida State University, he completed postdoctoral fellowships at the Statistical and Applied Mathematical Sciences Institute (SAMSI) and at Duke University. His primary research interests lie in developing statistical methods for high-dimensional “objects" with low-dimensional underlying structures, such as images, surfaces, contours, and networks.
