We are kicking off our Fall 2021 Lecture Series with a Clinical Grand Rounds featuring Ronald Glick, MD and Sari Cohen, ND from the UPMC Center for Integrative Medicine. This grand rounds will focus on the unique approaches used by the Center to help individuals manage fatigue. 

Registration is now open for "A Trauma-Informed Approach to Racial Healing: A Summit for Collaborative Approaches," which will take place on Friday, September 17, 2021 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Herberman Conference Center at UPMC Cancer Pavilion, UPMC Shadyside. 

Pitt Psychiatry is honored to welcome Eraka Bath, MD as our speaker for the first Distinguished Scientist Lecture of the series.

Dr. Bath is Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Biobehavioral Sciences at the Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior and Vice Chair, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion at the University of California / Los Angeles.

Our lectures will take place via Zoom due to current COVID19 safety guidelines.

The Pitt Psychiatry Research Half Day and Research Resources Revue, which will take place on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 from 1:00pm – 4:00pm at the University Club on the Oakland campus.  

This unique event will feature over 90 posters highlighting the latest research findings from Department investigators and spotlighting the abundance of program resources available to our research community.
