Dr. Kranzler is Professor of Clinical Psychiatry and Behavioral SciencesAlbert Einstein College of Medicine where he also served as the past Director of the Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. His research focus has been on the use of Clozapine for treatment-resistant schizophrenia and psychosis in mood disorders as well as the prodrome of psychosis, which has been designated as Attenuated Psychosis Syndrome in DSM 5.
